Your project manager is your single point of contact. They turn your goals into a plan our technicians, creative team and warehouse can carry out, keep everyone working from the same schedule and drawings, and make the call when plans change.

What does a CLE project manager do?
Your project manager coordinates all aspects of your event, from planning and logistics to crew and equipment, so everything runs smoothly and on schedule. They’re your single point of contact at CLE.
When should our project manager get involved?
As early as possible. The sooner we’re involved, the more we can plan for, from venue selection and room layout to budget and schedule.
Is our project manager on site during the event?
Yes. Your project manager is with the crew through load-in and the show, so the person who planned your event is there to see it through.
Can you work with our planner or agency?
Absolutely. We work with a variety of event professionals and become a working extension of your team, whether that’s an in-house planner, an agency or a production company.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We plan for it. Back-up crew and equipment are on stand-by if need be, and our crew solves problems before you notice them. We leave nothing to chance at CLE.
