Refund policy

Refunds will be provided on a case by case basis. Please call our office at 515.277.4190 and ask for your Account Executive.

Delivery policy

CLE Productions will deliver all equipment to the venue or event site as outlined in the individual agreement.

Additional terms

• Tax is not charged on out-of-state orders.
• All transactions are conducted in USD.
• CLE Productions’ country of origin is the United States.
